Park Rules

1.      No outside electrical appliances. 

2.      Lots must be free of anything but chairs, tables, and grills.  If outside storage is needed you need to make sure it is contained in a waterproof box or other waterproof container and placed neatly under your RV or just behind it.

3.      The area behind RV's in the trees is a common area for all residents and cannot be claimed by one family.

4.      There may be two vehicles and one boat per lot and must be stored on your lot.  Empty lots are to remain empty.

5.      Pets are welcome but current rabies vaccination is required for the safety of your pet and park residents due to the abundant wildlife in the area.

6.      Please observe your RV home as others would and make sure it appears neat and tidy.  If not, clean it up, before we have to request you do so.

7.      If noise can be heard outside your trailer after 10 pm you are disturbing others.

8.      Drugs are not allowed.  Public intoxication and public disturbances have legal consequences and will result in removal from the park.

9.      The showers and bathrooms are an extension of your home, clean up after yourself as courtesy to the next member of our community who uses it. Please supply your own cleaning supplies as we cannot afford the "disappearance" of those we place there.

10.  Pool balls and queues will be available in the office to check out. 

11.  Speed zone is 5 miles per hour for the safety of pets and children in the park.
